Application Process

1. Click and print application needed for number of children you are wanting to enroll.

2. Every application will need 1 food program and 1 compliance file per family

3. Bus forms are only if the child will be attending public schools and field trips.

4.Once you have application downloaded and filled out, it can be mailed, emailed or delivered in person.

5. Call 918-341-3800 if you have any questions.

We have handbooks available upon enrollment.
